Can you replace the roof on a semi-detached home?

Yes. We replace shingle roofs on detached and semi-detached homes, taking care at the shared roof line and flashing so your side is properly sealed.

What should I do if my roof is leaking right now?

Call us at 647-ROOFING (647-766-3464). In the meantime, move belongings away from the leak and place buckets to catch dripping water. We will locate the source and make a secure repair.

My roof has more than one layer of shingles. Is that a problem?

Extra layers add weight and can hide damage. During a replacement we remove all layers down to the deck, repair damaged plywood and install a complete new roof system.

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

Generally, if your roof is over 20 years old, has widespread leaking or is missing shingles across several sections, a full replacement is the safest long-term choice. Isolated damage can often be repaired. We show you photos so you can decide with confidence.
