We recently had Canada Pro Roofing replace the shingles on our townhouse. Jordan gave us a very competitive quote in early 2025 and stayed true to that quote in September when both sides were ready to have the work done. The quote detailed the products to be used, the work to be done, time lines, clean up, warrantees, damage to property, insurance, and safety practices. Jordan and his crew did a great job. A piece of aluminum flashing was damaged during the install but Jordan took care of ensuring it was replaced by his aluminum subcontractor immediately - good as new!

He came back with a reasonable quote within the week.Had two guys come by to install a metal roof for my garage. Arrived around 9am and were cleaned up by 1pm. We had some shingle damage after some high winds and after connecting with Jordan in the evening, he was able to come by next day for an emergency repair. He was on time, thorough with his work, and charged a very reasonable rate. He also provided very competitive quotes for full shingle replacement and was great at answering all of our questions. We weren’t able to hire Jordan in the end (insurance company shenanigans) but happy to recommend his services!

New roof and eavestrough/sofit/facia installed Dec 6th/23 and Mar 7th/24 shingles started to curl. Tried several times to contact Jordan but was ignored and when he eventually contacted us he would say he is coming and but not show.Jordan said everything was installed properly and when I asked what he was going to do he said "I don't know I need to contact GAF". This has been going on for 3 months and now he wants us to file a claim against GAF shingles company. We feel like we have been taken advantage of!!! Al we want is what we paid for a properly installed shingles. So much for Canada Pro Roofing warranty and standing by their product and workmanship.

I called and Jordan answered right away and made an appointment to come out and look at my roof that same day. Once it was inspected both inside and outside using a drone to show me the roof I decided that a full roof would be best option instead of just a repair job. Jordan gave me a quote for both a repair and full roof. Due to the rain and wind they couldn’t start until after the weekend. The crew showed up right on time and got started. The guys doing the roof were fantastic and cleaned everything up down to the last nail on the ground. They also cleaned out my gutters! Just had to write a well deserved review to Jordan from Canada Pro Roofing. We had an emergency leak coming from the surrounding of our chimeney. We called, and Jordan answered. After giving his thoughts from the pictures we sent of the leak, he came right over to give a more accurate suggestion. Going over the options with his professional opinion, we decided to take our chimeney down. (not in use chimeney). He came over the next day, took down the chimeney, removed and discarded the bricks, layed down board and shingles the patch, matching quite accurately to what he had. All while being polite and clean and professional. We will be doing our garage shingling eventually and have his contact saved for the future. Glad we got lucky and found Jordan. A young entrepreneur providing great service at reasonable rates. Jordan answered my call the first time and showed up to quote the job (already better than half the companies I contacted). I had a quote the same day that he came to look at the job. Jordan was able and ready to provide references (which I would happily be) and once I signed the contract there was constant communication regarding schedule. I had 25% of my roof replaced, 100% new roof on my stand alone garage, and new eaves, fascia repair and pot lights done on the front of my house. I ended up only needing to replace the roof at the back of my house. At the end of the job Jordan Vanherwynen, the owner of the company, provided me with pictures of the roof so I could survey the work that was done, without needing to climb to the roof myself! I found them on Kijiji . Just needed my shed roof done and didn't want the hassle at my age. Jordan responded quickly. I sent a few pics and he sent me a quote that was more than fair. After the weekends windstorm I had lost a couple of shingles from my roof. I had made a number of calls to different companies and none could get someone out within 3 days before it was supposed to rain.
